Returns:
All returns must be in their original packaging in new and unused condition. You have 30 days to return your merchandise.
For Return Service please follow these easy steps:
· Contact Orange 21 at 888-779-8479 or melodies@o21na.com to first acquire a returns authorization number (RA#) and an address to return your product.
· Your RA# will expire after 30 days from the date it is issued to you so please be sure to return your glasses as soon as possible.
· Return your Melodies sunglasses with the following information inside the package:
o A copy of the original packing slip dated within 30 days. Orange 21 will only accept returns for products purchased online. For in-store purchases, please return to the place of purchase.
o You MUST write the RA# on the OUTSIDE of the package. Packages received without an RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. We STRONGLY recommend that you send your package via a carrier that provides a shipping number (UPS or FED-EX) as we are only responsible for what we receive.
o Please package the sunglasses in a box with adequate padding material to protect against movement and impact during shipping. Damages incurred due to improper packing or shipping mishaps are not under obligation to be fixed by Orange 21.
Warranties:
Melodies provides a one year warranty on manufacturers defects from the date of purchase. Melodies will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufactures defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

o A copy of your original receipt dated within one year from an authorized Melodies dealer. Orange 21 will not warranty products purchased from unauthorized dealers, or replace counterfeit or non-authentic items, i.e. “fakes” (Examples: ebay, swap meets, street vendors or craigslist)
o If you do not have your original receipt we will replace your sunglasses for a nominal processing fee.
